Build configurable profile questions and answer types, collect supporting documents, connect guarantors to agreements and see profile completion. Printable profile reports can carry your agency branding. Optional UK, Nigeria and UAE packs add local questions to this same workflow.
For example, an enquiry for a rental unit can become a tenancy while the applicant’s profile, supporting files and guarantor information remain part of the connected process. Your team can then organise rent and maintenance around that tenancy.

The core app is designed for Odoo 19 Community and Enterprise and is the foundation for the optional Real Estate Website extension. Choose the core app for internal operations; add the extension when you need public property listings, online enquiry forms and tenant self-service.
