Local applicant details are easier to manage when they belong to the same profile as the rest of the tenancy information. The UK Tenant Onboarding Pack extends Pystrap Real Estate with a ready-made set of questions that you can adapt to your onboarding process.
What the UK pack adds
The pack installs these questions in the configurable tenant profile:
- Right to rent status
- Right to rent share code
- National Insurance number
- Referencing-check consent
Put it to work in your existing process
A lettings team can use a shared set of questions rather than rebuilding the same profile form for each property or office. Staff can see which details are present in the core profile workflow and follow up on missing information.
Questions remain configurable after installation. Use the core tenant profile for internal work, or combine it with the optional Real Estate Website extension for the tenant portal.
A companion to the core app
This is an Odoo 19 companion pack requiring Pystrap Real Estate. The core app provides the property and tenancy records, profile workflow, supporting documents, guarantors and reports. The pack adds its country-focused questions to that foundation; it is not a standalone property management system.
The listing describes the country pack as a free companion. The required core app is paid, and the App Store can include dependencies in the displayed total. Review the current basket and dependency list before proceeding.
Configure it for the information you actually need
The pack records applicant information; it does not perform right-to-rent checks, verify identity or replace your referencing process.
