The app includes encrypted server-side mailbox credentials and owner, administrator and shared-account access rules. Email HTML is sanitised and displayed in a sandboxed viewer; remote images stay blocked until the sender is trusted. Background synchronisation and Odoo notifications help users spot new mail.
